密集成套型羅茨鼓風機由主機、輔機、電機三部分組成。
MLG系列羅茨鼓風機配套的主機其結構為臥式，葉輪軸線所決定的平面平行于地面，進氣口在機殼的上端，主動軸從聯軸器端看，按逆時針方向旋轉，氣體自上端吸入，側排出.
機殼、墻板:為整體結構，表面布有適當的加強筋，采用灰口鑄鐵HT250，經過時效處理。
葉輪：材質為QT600-3,經過動靜平衡，平衡精度達到G2.5。
齒輪: 齒輪是羅茨鼓風機的*重要零件之一，傳動齒輪材質采用20CrMnTi合金鋼，經滲碳、淬火、精磨，精度等級達5級，齒面硬度達到HRC58～62。高精度直齒磨達到GB10095-88五極以上,傳動平穩,也大幅度降低機械噪音,進出口風口采用獨特菱形設計,也有效控制了氣體噪音。
軸承:軸承采用SKF品牌，精度為E級。齒輪和齒輪端軸承利用齒輪浸浴用飛濺潤滑，驅動端的軸承利用設在副油箱內的甩油盤甩油潤滑。選用瑞典SKF軸承
密封: 采用組合密封降低氣體泄漏，非接觸式密封，壽命無限長。軸頭油封氟橡膠，臺灣SOG產品。
油箱：主、副油箱材質為灰口鑄鐵HT250及Q235B，以便于散熱。
齒輪：與軸采用鍵聯接，傳動可靠、壽命長。
軸：采用40Cr，進行調質處理。
鑄件：采用噴丸處理, 刷兩遍底漆, 整機噴三遍表漆。
輔機：由濾清器、進出口消聲器、止回閥、撓性接頭、三通體、安全閥、壓力表等組成。
濾清器：濾清器即為氣體過濾器，由多層濾網組成, 使進入風機前的氣體進行過濾從而保證干凈的氣體進入鼓風機，過濾等級應符合EN779G4級。
進口消聲器：進口消聲器采用阻性消聲器，主要消除鼓風機進口氣流噪聲，由外筒、內筒，法蘭等件組成，內外筒之間放入離心玻璃棉吸聲材料，該裝置重量輕，阻力小、消聲效果好。
出口消聲器：出口消聲器主要消除鼓風機出口氣流噪聲，消聲頻帶寬，效果顯著．
低壓安全閥：低壓安全閥是系統上的一個保險裝置，其開啟壓力可19.6—98.0Kpa之間調節, 當系統工作狀況異常，阻力高于額定值時，安全閥開啟，將氣體從安全閥排出，防止風機和電機過載．如安全閥啟動后，長時間不回復閉合，則需要停機，待系統故障排除后，再開機工作．
止回閥：對夾式蝶型止回閥, 是用于防止停機時系統高壓氣體倒流，使鼓風機轉子反轉，導致管網失控, 發生故障，同時防止系統灰塵倒流。
撓性接頭:KXT(Ⅲ)可曲合成橡膠接頭是由橡膠鋼骨架壓合而成，有良好減震和隔音效果。

2005年公司進行了股份制改造，天津鼓風機總廠退出全部股份，自此，公司全部股東為自然人。
